EMJ Coaching

I have personally experienced the transformative power of coaching and have set up EMJ Coaching to support others to unlock their full potential through coaching. There was a time when I felt stuck, both in my personal and professional life. I knew I had potential, but I lacked the guidance to move forward. 

I grew up in rural Zimbabwe and embarked on a life-changing journey when I moved to the UK at 19. This transition challenged me and reshaped my perceptions of what was possible. In those moments of uncertainty, my faith became a wellspring of strength and resilience. Coaching became my turning point. It led to a remarkable transformation. My personal growth and achievements are a testament to the effectiveness of coaching.

From a timid and self-doubting individual burdened by self-limiting beliefs, I emerged as a confident and accomplished professional. My contributions to equality and diversity in the National Health Service have been recognised with multiple awards.

Through EMJ Coaching, I am committed to supporting others to tap into the benefits of coaching. I do this through 1:1 and group career and leadership coaching programmes, taking individuals and teams on a journey of self-discovery and using this as fuel towards their goals.
